As a necomer to town it was soo confusing but the staff were very helpful to show me where items were.
Sick to death of being verbally harassed by an Asian checkout woman called FIONA. Management have said they would address her behaviour but continue to fail to do so. If you insist on speaking to people in a manner which might be acceptable in your country- GO BACK THERE!!!!!!!
Love the staff, a lot of them them are our school kids and mums. The prices are probably the same as anywhere else but the fresh food is second rate. It is generally known that the seconds of fruit and vegies etc. get sent to areas with no competition (like Moranbah). It is unfortunate but the fruit and vegies are not top quality and left til their nearly inedible before being reduced or replaced. I have seen mangoes rot on the shelves while fresh ones are aging out the back. Waste, waste, waste.You only have to visit Coles in cities or in other small towns that have competition to see that we get the dregs. Probably not the fault of local manager, more a fault of corporate greed.
Very very rude staff. Especially a lady with boy haircut who is a racist, as i have seen her talking to only white people really nicely n not others of colour.
Its Coles. Recent renovation of freezer section. Good range for a remote store. Prices seem to be the same as everywhere else. Friendly staff.
