Fancy going to a chicken shop and them having NO chicken!
Slow wait times, never have any food you order. Staff are 50/50 Rude manager is rude as hell complains about the amount of people walking in later in the night. Between the 3 of us there with 3 different orders all 3 orders were wrong as well. They had to take the order back 4 times for one of use and 2 times for the others. Was told there was no zingers. 25mins later was told there wasn't normal chicken and was told it would be zinger now? Where did they find the zinger. We all got sick that night. This is a regular issue here and I don't know what the hell goes on in that shop...
Wow, the kids that work there are rude, unprofessional and just flat out don't want to be there... Regularly runs out of chicken at least monthly and now there closed at 4pm.... The staff that works there would not even respond to me when I knocked... Red Roster is just around the corner. I wonder if the owners even know how bad there store is being operated?
Very very slow service jnr staff need to be trained better
Honestly, the worst KFC hands down. Super slow service, orders always cold or wrong. Customer service needs a lot of work, staff need better training. Always dirty inside. Definitely needs new management, faster and more efficient staff in definitely.
