Nice and clean hours of the administration and not really that suitable food is ok it is a bit expensive though
Terrible Service! The receptionist was loud, rude and swore like a wharfie. Was more interested in attending to her mobile phone than offering to help with anything as they were full. I think her name started with a J. Would never stay there if that is the sort of people they employ. I'm surprised anybody at all stays there.
Bed in a box is how I would explain this accomodation *king single bed* my box was unfortunately not clean with layers of hair and dirt in bathroom and side desk unclean. Walls, door was black from handprints. I did not eat here so I found the price tag of $121 for the night well out of range for this.The staff on the other hand were lovely and allowed me to give my feedback to them.
Great food. Outstanding, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic though. Storage is poorly arranged and my bed, although ok, was very squeaky. Fridge in room quite loud and is right next to the bed :( Nice shower though with good pressure and a large head. Again very limited storage in bathroom. Shame the rooms aren't better because the food and service is on the money.
