Hi, no worries. Unfortunately have found this location doesn't match up with the otherwise excellent quality of hertz world wide. Issues to name a few: poorly cleaned vehicles, counter generally unmanned, very difficult to contact location, no offer of substitute vehicle when primary long term rental requires service (so effectively paying for a vehicle that cannot be used) and so on.
A pain to deal with! Despite my booking showing when I would be dropping the car off, there was no one there when I dropped it off and no key return! Called Hertz HQ and they had no idea what to do either!
